Master Kids writes for parents who want honesty over hype. We hold ourselves to a few standards so you can trust what you read here.

How we research

Every article starts from primary sources — peer-reviewed studies, government health guidance (AAP, WHO, NHS, CDC, ICMR), recognised child-development frameworks, and on-the-record interviews with practising clinicians, educators, and counsellors. Anecdotes are clearly labelled as such; they illustrate, they don't prove.

How we write

We avoid scare headlines and clickbait. We don't recommend products in exchange for payment without disclosing it. We don't lecture. When research is mixed or evolving, we say so plainly instead of pretending there's one right answer.

Who reviews

Health, mental-health, and safety pieces are reviewed by a relevant professional before publication. Reviewers are named in the article byline area whenever they have reviewed the piece for accuracy.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we fix it and say so. Material corrections are noted at the bottom of the affected article with the date and what changed. To flag an error, write to us at editorial{{ $site->site_domain }} or via the contact form.

Independence & disclosures

Our editorial team is independent of advertisers. Display advertising is clearly labelled and never influences which topics we cover or what we conclude. If a piece is sponsored or contains affiliate links, that is disclosed at the top of the piece.

Not medical advice

Articles on Master Kids are for general information only. They are not a substitute for personal medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for your specific situation, especially in an emergency.

AI use

We may use AI tools to assist with research summaries, draft outlines, copy-editing, or accessibility checks. We do not publish AI-generated articles without a human writer's reporting and a human editor's review. Every piece you read has a person behind it.
